Python 3.10 or newer; standard library only. No network, credentials, GPU,
installation, random sampling, or paid API is needed for mathematical checks.
From the extracted public package directory:

The first command is read-only and verifies the shipped data manifest, both
allocation comparisons, and robust risks via the saved ROM. The other commands
write only to the explicit regenerated directory. Expected status: passed.
Compare the regenerated ROM hashes with data/data-manifest.json. JSON timing
fields may differ; exact fractions and ROM bytes are deterministic.
No claim is made that the Python process uses the controller's abstract bits.

ROM: MSB-first; eight uint16 fields (d,n,r,m,S,T,noise numerator,denominator);
B-bit initial state; T*S*2 B-bit updates ordered time/state/observation;
S*8 five-bit readouts ordered state/context; T addresses (3 context bits and
2 zero-based port bits); zero padding. Output order F1,F2,F3,gammaA,gammaB.
The delivered ROM is deterministic n=r=3, S=384, B=9, T=24.
It does not implement the extra fair output coin in Proposition 5.

CODE PROVENANCE
audit_checks.py and independent_checks.py preserve the finite benchmark's
original verifier implementations. check_addendum.py is the independent review
checker with only relative package-root and data-manifest paths adapted.
Primary count enumeration, independent error-mask evaluation, and original-
coordinate weighted ROM propagation are separate algorithms.

The publication PDF/HTML are reading copies of manuscript.txt. PDF generation
uses ReportLab with embedded Arial fonts; PDF checks/rendering used pypdf and
Poppler. These authoring dependencies are unnecessary for mathematical checking.
The PDF is not certified as a tagged accessible document; HTML/text provide
